Rude staff who operate the rides, intimidated my nephew and nieces by accusing them of doing something they didnt do ! Ignorant and arrogant wouldnt advise you to take your children here go Blackpool instead !

Worse staff and owners I visited this place a few days ago asked the man on the counter if I was at the right place to pay for the Pepsi max simulator he said yes and charged me 4 for 2 of us to Ride I payed and walked over to the ride which was closed i just thought this was due to it getting late I returned to use my tokens on the ride for the man who was running the ride to explain that he has no part in that fair and the staff at childrens Village repeatedly do this to people these means I had spent 4 for no reason I went back over to where I brought my tokens and the lady behind the desk sent me across to another token office the lady there was very rude and told me that the man I had spoken to and who had scammed me was on the bumping cars she told me to go and see him as I walked over the man said no refunds to me this was prior to me even explain any situation clearly they had been speaking walkie-talkie and all knew what was going on the man told me that he wasnt giving me a refund even tho he knew that I wanted to use the simulator (he didnt own a similar) he then told me he would be calling security if I didnt leave he then started to scream at my 70 year old grandma who was only trying to calm the situation down as he was raising his voice a few seconds later a lady came running over and started yelling at us both to leave she then got into my grandmothers face and begin to say that a 70 year old shouldnt she getting involved as security was coming (The only reason she came over was because a fully grown man was screaming at me aged 20 ) they are scamming people do not go there
