Waterloo Hire

We decided to establish a portaloo on our small campsite (Bracdy Campsite) for the first time in an effort to encourage more tent campers. Waterloo Hire is close to us so made complete sense to work with them on our new initiative. The unit was delivered on time and set up on a weekly service basis and well see how it goes. It was easy to order on the phone and invoiced/paid before delivery. Great job guys!

Would not recommend unless you like dirty loos. Claim to arrive for servicing when they don't, we had to send pictures of the grey/green water in the portaloos to the office to prove we were telling the truth. Not good when cleanliness is desired, especially at these times. When servicing staff did arrive, they would leave loo roll strewn on the ground, would throw their waste in our bins, damage property with their vehicles, again pictures requested. Very rude staff, a lady called Leanne amongst one of them. Staff should receive some basic customer service training as theirs is currently diabolical. I was let down greatly by Waterloo before summer, luckily found a better business which provides a extremely high service, scrub the loos (not just spray and leave a mess) and are out within 20 minutes when needed. Possibly Waterloo should get some pointers from competitors as a businesses are not ran as they currently do things! Save your money and time. Seriously!
