We ordered our new kitchen from Kitchens of Abergele who recommended that we should use Roberts electrical for all the sockets lights etc in our new kitchen. Due to a design error by Kitchens of Abergele, and a misunderstanding by Roberts electrical three cables for lights we're installed in the wrong place! To be fair they did knock 60 off our bill, but the cables are still hanging from our ceiling, and we will never use them again!

I called Phil because his team have done a couple of electrical installation jobs for me before and everything has been done as promised and at a reasonable price. The last job was a repair to our house security system. Colin arrived the same day and sorted everything out before leaving. It was so reassuring to deal with someone who clearly knew his trade and wanted to sort our problem to our satisfaction. Great service and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Visited by Phil to assess requirements needed for upgrade to lighting due to partial blindness with mother in law, also new heater to bathroom. Haydn and Ben callled and replaced kitchen lighting with new led baton lights, added new led light to lounge and altered switch, and then fitted ceramic wall heater in bathroom and completed wiring to consumer box. Fantastic work, arrived on time, very friendly and professional, interacted so well with my mother and father in law. Protected floor while working and cleaned up after themselves.
