We had a new CCTV system installed by Raven. Great service. Good communications and attended when arranged. Equipment and setup all as agreed and we are pleased with the final CCTV set up. Recommended.

Many Thanks to a highly professional ,reputable company with brilliant staff who are very helpful, diligent & courteous. We have used them in the past for our CCTV & when we needed to upgrade our Alarm & Fire Alarm Systems we immediately thought of them .They were quickly & efficiently installed & a couple of minor snags quickly rectified . We now have a fantastic modern Alarm & CCTV system linked through to Police monitoring. We can & will happily recommend Raven Fire & Security to anyone looking to install a new system.

purchased alarm system, cctv, door locks. cctv did not work properly from start and they had to be threatened with legal action to get them to turn up and sort it out. had further survey off them for extra camera and other extras which was agreed would be done at yearly maintenance contract renewal date, (April 2019). Never contacted me or carried out yearly maintenance, cameras are now not viewable due to non renewal of cloud contract and alarm system is still faulty. Now having to find another installer who will sort out this for me.
