I returned my Amazon purchase from the One Stop after a repeatedly bad experience at Premier on Station Road. I called first and Tracey answered the phone promptly and politely and explained what I needed. When I got to the shop Tracey took me over to the returns machine and talked me through each step so I was confident to do it myself next time. She was so helpful, pleasant, jovial and professional. I will always use One Stop going forward. Thankyou Tracey.
