Very disappointed with customer service all our windows and doors have been installed by this company in September I had 2 windows replaced no problems at all with quality of the windows or installation. However I soon noticed an extra piece of plastic on one of the joints , I brought this to the attention of the owners who assured me this would be sorted pictures were taken to consult with the manufacturers unfortunately despite contacting them several times I have not heard a word from RD Johnson. piece of plastic on a joint of the frame

Excellent installation of quality windows by Rd Johnson. Clean polite workers with good finish to their work.

No ventilation on the top of the windows. Always getting condensation. Hard to open the front door as having to pull the door to align to open need two hands and to pull quite hard. Update - few years on and windows are mouldy and condensation getting worse. Total rubbish.

They came recommended by a colleague, and after a chat with Richard at my house, i was swiftly presented with a quote that was competitive but items were explained in detail. When work started the ground workers were polite, kept the site area clean and were no trouble. The quality of work was excellent and the job varied slightly due to some unforeseen circumstances. The plastic was installed a few weeks later and again the team worked well keeping the site area clean. A window removed and door fitted, the job was done to a high standard and without drama or issue. Most important thing was they arrived when they said they would, site was left in a clean and tidy state daily, and the end of the job the whole lot was left clean and ready to enjoy. Would certainly use them again and recommend to others.
