Okay, so I had some customer service in branch a couple if days ago that was far from satisfactory and immediately posted a ranting review on here. Principality (the Wrexham branch manager) then pro actively sought to call me and appologise for the service I had received and to try and resolve the matter. I was a bit taken aback and probably unnecessarily grumpy as there wasn't really anything that could resolve what had happened and I was busy when they called. Having reflected I am actually thankful for the gesture of an appology and impressed with how proactive the Principality has been to preserve the high level of customer service that they usually offer in the Prestatyn Branch. Appologies for the ranting and the grumpiness I am confident that the Principality has taken my feedback on board.
