Now usually this barber is absolutely fantastic, the staff listen and give you exactly what you've asked for. Now being a teenager I have a very simple style, fringe upfront, sides and back quite short. My past two experiences here however have been dreadful. The first of the two times, while I did leave with the haircut I wanted, the man doing the cut was very rough. He was digging into my ears and jabbing the back of my head. The second time has been the worst, now while this worker was much less violent about cutting my hair, this man did not leave me satisfied. Now I dont know why, but to this man a little off the top means cut the front into a quarter. The sides and back are fine, but my fringe is completely ruined. I will not be coming back after this experience. There are plenty of better choices in the Rhyl town area.
