called in today about a transaction on my account that i have no knowledge about, all i wanted was some help, but it was a waste of time no help at all someone in side room dident even come out just gave the young lady a phone number for me to ring from home, this is a totally pointless bank if they wont even talk to the customer i cant blame the person on service desk as she told me she has no knowledge of dealing with unauthorised transaction but there was someone there that could but couldn't be arsed i would of waited till they was ready, Thanks for nothing...
