"As it's Friday and it will take me 25 minutes!!" was his response after me telling them how far I had travelled.
Bare in mind they don't shut til 4.30pm, and they are both standing around doing absolutely nothing.... and what has it being Friday got to do with it?
Terrible customer service, obviously couldn't be bothered to serve a customer who travelled 30 minutes for their services.....definitely won't bother with them again!!
