Treated like a number, very two faced and toxic environment.
No career progression, no training whatsoever from team leader as they have lack of experience and knowledge about the job they do. Your only liked if your face fits
Many many people will get away with doing as little as possible and leave you to pick up the slack, then they get the pay rise and and the praise, like I say face fits you also will be constantly watched at work by the management via the cameras!
Overall not a good workplace. No leadership, poor management and poor communication.
Not worth the stress and your time!
