Obviously this practice is targeted on KPIs rather than animal welfare. 1000 spent so far and no answer to why our dog can't walk. All they spoke about was money. No personal care or attitude towards our dogs health. If i could of score a 0 on here I would. Spoke to a few friends who have animals and they all said they tried this place and went elsewhere. When I spoke to Jose the vet about the xray results his first response before saying what he's found was my dog needs a MRI and could cost thousands also he was on his phone googling what i thought was answers we felt little confidence he knew what he was doing.thankfully our usual vet is back so we have not got to experience them again. So if you need emergency care for your animal this is not the place they just want to get as much money off you as they can.

Staff were very friendly yet professional. Time was spent to put my dog at ease for his first visit to the vets. Reception were very friendly and helpful
