        I picked Pownall because they were a well known local firm,the man on the phone took my message and later on I was phoned and the man said he would get in touch when he would come.I gave my landline no.but i had trouble on the line so phoned Pownalls and gave them my mobile no.. I waited a few days so didn't hear anything, I phoned again and left a message,there has been no reply Repair done now.
