I made an order back in mid November, didnt receive anything in the post, sent 5 emails over 2 months and got 1 response stating "they'll look into it" and nothing since. Tried phoning numerous times but either was unanswered or answer phone. You know it's a problem when their voice mail is full and not excepting messages... Had to put in a refund claim with my bank.

Waited on hooks arriving so emailed deer CREEK to ask where they were, i received a refund with no explanation, i emailed them back to ask why i was refunded and was told by the owner they had no stock. Up ****s CREEK without a paddle :( In reply to Deer Creeks response they only refunded me after I enquired about my order, pending refund still to be received. Now over a week. Would not recommend this business. 4 delivery charge was too expensive anyway for a packet of hooks, lesson learned. UPDATE: I received a refund, unfortunately because i was refunded with a Echeque! i have to 7 days for it to clear then another 5 to be electronically sent to bank, no hooks no money, this guy is unbelievable.

At the BFFIi tried to buy some black uv resin from Deer Creek. Sadly they didnt have any, so, at their suggestion I paid them 13.50 for the resin & a pro tip on the basis theyd send it out when they got back to base after the show. On the 12th February I emailed to give them my address, & again on the 18th when it hadnt arrived, & there was no response to the email. By the 24th it still hadnt arrived, and they didnt answer their phones so I texted them. Claimed to have had covid, but would sort it over the weekend. Still nothing, so texted again on 28/2 and 1st March, & they said theyd ship tomorrow. By 8th March, still nothing, texted yet again & they claim it was shipped last night. Its such a shame that people scam you like this at such a great show. I wonder how many other people fell for this one?
