Highly recommended. I got an appointment within a few days. Jayne is lovely, professional and friendly and put me at ease straight away. The procedure was quick and painless, just ticklish. The relief at being able to hear clearly again and without the constant humming I'd been experiencing for two weeks was tremendous.

Fantastic and professional! Saw Jane on a Wednesday morning at the Mold clinic for wax removal in both ears. Only called the day before as I was desperate since GPs have stopped this service. The place was absolutely spotless and covid policy was great. QR code to check in, plenty of sanitiser available and temperature check on arrival (for myself and the nurse on duty). The nurse Jane was so friendly and made me feel at ease even though I am so frightened of anything medical. Jane gave me expert advice and I even received a free bottle of Earol included in the price of my visit. A lovely experience for such an unpleasant reason to have to visit. Will definitely recommend. Highly recommend!!!! Jane is very friendly, Easy to make an appointment and gives great before and after advise. Procedure was very quick and easy, no pain! I've struggled with my hearing for a long long time and for the first time in years I can hear again!! Wonderful feeling! Thank you so much.
