JT Cox have provided Property Maintenance services for us for a number of years. We have a number of properties in Prestatyn and Denbigh and JT Cox have consistently provided first class service even out of hours. Prompt and efficient with the bonus of someone in the Office to answer queries and arrange appointments. Engineers are friendly and knowledgeable and find innovative solutions when necessary. Costs are fair and reasonable.

My parents own a hot food retail outlet and called me to ask if I knew anyone who could help as the boiler had stopped working. Given the nature of the business it was imperative that the issue was dealt with swiftly as hot water is required to operate. I called J T Cox and within a few hours they had attended, diagnosed the issue and returned with parts to resolve the problem. Both Office and Engineers very professional and more importantly efficient swift response. Thanks Guys

We wanted a complete refurb of our bathroom and cloakroom and approached a number of companies to review our ideas and quote. We were not impressed by most who seemed to only want to impose their own ideas on us. Then we approached JT Cox and Chris came out to see us and listened to our requirements and our thoughts and ideas. Chris didn't try to impose his own ideas on us but told us what could be done and how our own ideas could be enhanced. George and Dave turned up to start the job which was completely stripping out the bathroom and began the rebuild. From the beginning their professionalism and attention to detail was evident, discussing problem which occur and how to overcome them and working to a standard which would satisfy the pickiest of customer. We carefully chose what we wanted in the bathroom, quality tiles and furniture, George and Dave strived to achieve the standard of work our choices deserved. The same dedication and attitude was given when refurbing the cloakroom. They also stripped out our ensuite shower in our dressing room and dealt with reinstatement as required. All waste etc. was removed properly as they have the appropriate licence. We are so pleased with the end results and have no hesitation in recommending JT Cox.

I have got to 71 years of age and never met such a rude and arrogant person as chris who appears to own the business. The manner in which I was treated after spending almost 3000 is inexcusable . He clearly has no care for his customers problems ,only his profit.I will now have to pay another company to rectify the problems I am left with .J Jones
