So grateful to Dan (and team) for fixing my much loved led face mask / pain relief light and rewiring a US plug lamp that needed sorting. I love using local companies but usually it's quite hard to get competent, reliable and as it turned out incredibly generous people. Thank you again. I have no hesitation in giving Dan a five star rating. He came 15 mins after first contacting him, late afternoon. He changed an electrical socket and oven switch, which was not working. He also had to chip out the old sealant with a bit of difficulty. He also replaced it with new sealant after installing new socket and switch panel. Very professional and friendly attitude, that set my mind at rest. Competitive price charged. Very pleased with work carried out. He also swept up and left area tidy. Ideally when you need work done however big or small it's the level of service that makes the difference. I called Elite to disconnect probably the worst electric oven ever made however this was made more awkward because of the placement of the junction box and also the replacement oven had not yet been delivered. Arriving bang on time, Dan set to work, obviously because we hadn't another oven to install and our kitchen was in the midst of being refurbished Dan made arrangements to come back and finish the following morning and also helped remove the old oven outside ready for collection. No fuss, clean work and likable, I'd recommend Elite Electrical to anyone.
