May as well say MUST DO BETTER. Nothing in particular, it just doesn't shine. Hot tub pretty good, tricky to light, and do give it 2 hours from cold. Stays warm overnight. Location is good.

Llanfair Hall! Where do I start, well I appreciate its in the middle of nowhere and light is at a premium but when we arrived we arrived to a pitch black environment with no lights to my amazement after fumbling around I discovered I had nearly put my finger into the outside light socket (was called incompetent in and too tall) in my complaint? With the darkness I had a fall over the dirty fire pit (old rubbish and barbecues) and banged my head. this place is extremely unsafe dirty and the staff don't answer the phone (11 missed calls) and just leave you to it, I would recommend this place to anyone that has had a tetanus shot and definitely wear rubber shoes and electrocution is a possibility. We attempted to reach out to llanfair Hall regarding this but apparently I am too tall and shouldn't be able to reach the unsafe and unseeable light swich/socket. Stay at your own risk!!!

Having stayed numerous times before with the previous owners, we booked for 2023 shortly before ownership changed. Just 6 weeks prior to our holiday, we discovered subsequent bookings had been taken for our dates. The new owner repeatedly failed to respond to emails and phone calls. Eventually he made contact but refused to honour our booking (legal contract) perhaps due to the large price increases he had made?? Got our deposit refunded but the appalling customer service means we will not return.

Please do not go!! We went for an anniversary after a bereavement to get away for a night. The hot tub didnt work, we bought food to cook on the fire pit and that was dirty, I called to ask if the management could sort it out and there was no answer after 11 times! I would Google other places and go somewhere closer to red wharf bay its much nicer avoid
