Lovely weekend away with our two dogs. Cottage was lovely and clean. Views were amazing. Forest and beach nearby were beautiful and I strongly recommend a walk to the lighthouse when the tide is out. The cottage was lovely and tastefully decorated. Lovely large bedroom. Loved the underfloor heating! Negatives: No hoover. Although the cottage was lovely and clean, we came with two dogs. A hoover would have been useful. I like to hoover daily at home as bits get bought in by the dogs and we had been to the beach etc. we were also there for a long weekend so multiple nights. There was a broom but it was a hard yard broom so we ended up sweeping the floor on hands and knees with a dustpan and brush. Lack of kitchen items. We were in the cottage cooking for ourselves. We had planned ahead with food items although had not anticipated needing cooking utensils. There was no baking trays, just a roasting dish, only 1 large knife, 1 bin bag in the bin (no extras) and limited drinking vessels.
