A lovely little country church situated not far from the village of Llanerchmyedd but not easy to find and parking is in front of the post box facing the church. The deep country location gives it charm and the graveyard is quiet and beautiful when sunlight reflects down through the surrounding trees. On my visit the friendly local postman was telling me that the Church is soon to be closing for services which was a little sad to hear.

St Tyfrydog's Church is in a wooded circular churchyard in the middle of the hamlet of Llandyfrydog in Anglesey. It is a beautiful little church. It is like you imagine a village church should be. A must visit if you are in the area. The church yard has some incredible stones in it too.

So sad to see how it is deteriorating. We try to organise our stays on the island so that we can go to their services. But I do not know how much longer it will be open.
