        Great refurb job on a well loved hotel & we were lucky to stay on a very reasonable Secret Escapes package. Very central location with parking available which is great as this is often a problem in Hereford. Breakfast dining area lovely. May need to work a little on communication as very difficult to contact pre arrival. Staff all very helpful & welcoming. Fresh fruit salad might have been a better choice than tinned fruit cocktail at breakfast but that might just be my negative childhood memories of it Did not eat there in the evening but menu, bars & restaurant looked very nice Would definitely stay again.
