Im so delighted with my slate housename; I decided to name my house after my late mother Beverley, who lived here through much of her life, and it was therefore important to me that the sign looked the part! The name plate turned up, and it was even better than I could have hoped for. Such a high quality product - beautiful craftsmanship, and I am so pleased with it. Hi I have recently taken delivery of a Memorial Stake for our Dog that we lost a couple of weeks ago. I am writing this to express my appreciation to you all. In particular, I want to express my sincere thanks to Chloe Jones for the way she handled my enquiry. I almost feel that she became a friend. I cannot express my thanks enough for her empathy towards our loss. She was so patient and professional in helping me to create exactly the product we wanted. She was a absolute credit to your company. I am well aware however, that in business, it is a team game, so my thanks also go to the company at large for producing a magnificent memorial for us. The production of the product was top class and exactly to order. I must also mention Packing & Despatch. The packing of the finished product was exemplary and clearly demonstrated the care and attention taken by all at your company, to ensure total customer satisfaction. There is nothing bad to say about the House Nameplate Company, from first point of contact up until delivery they have been of great help, efficient and professional throughout. I first contacted the company directly through Instagram as the nameplate we had our hearts set on (Premium Smooth Slate house sign 25x25cm) was originally unable to fit our full road name. Not a problem at all, the lovely person at the end of the DM's was brilliant and sent over a draft copy where they had made the text smaller and so allowing the road name to fit on fully. Delivery was quick and within the times stated on their lovely website, which was brilliant and we expected it to be longer due to our amendments. The packaging was exemplary too, a brilliant sturdy bubble wrap pocket meant there was no risk of my new nameplate being damaged by the courier. The videos on the website meant it was a breeze in installing the hidden fixings and then mounting onto our outside wall. The quality of the slate is amazing, natural marks on it give that bespoke feel and the finish of the product is perfect. A huge thank you to The House Nameplate Company and 100% would recommend (And in the picture I have blurred the main name out for data protection)
