but did not attend. consequently not sorted out and still going next day.
so pharmacy closed next day. very inefficient.

Staff display a level of intolerance bordering upon rudeness and make it plain that the people entering their shop are basically getting in their way.
Now, they may have a high workload that they are struggling to cope with - so with this in mind I have decided to help them out by using other pharmacies for my day to day purchases, I have also instructed my doctor to send any prescriptions to an alternative local pharmacy.
May I suggest that if you also experience the same quality of service you help them out in the same way.
