Don't understand the bad reviews for this chemist. I couldn't manage without their ongoing support. Always a positive experience. I have found Staff pleasant + caring + willing to go the extra mile. Must be demoralising to have bad reviews showing that reflect the past. 10/10 from me

Hopeless.disappearing prescriptions, absolutely rubbish, as a type 1 diabetic, now Im running out of needles cos of incompetence of staff

My husband brought in a prescription on behalf of myself yesterday. The item was unavailable and he was told to collect 3 pm .On his return he was told item still not in . And to come back 4 pm . Bearing in mind we are 72 yrs old . In these circumstances and in view of this pandemic. Wouldnt it have been possible to offer to deliver item ? . Or at least offered to phone us when the item arrived .l believe Boots offer to deliver .!!

Terrible. I have been going to this chemist for over 10 years with this company and the one prior, (same staff) to collect my prescriptions. Today the service was inadequate. I was told my prescription was not there due to the GP not sending it down, which is odd as I pick up the same medication each month and to which the prescription was put in over a week ago. The staff there are aware of my medication that I need, but in no way was helpful to help me sort it out, I was rudely told to sort it out with my doctors. When speaking to the doctors they said the the chemist has not requested it and its their fault. The rude person In the chemist had the attitude of its not my problem, but she in fact has a duty of care that she has not carried out. When I asked her what do I do? Why isn't it here? I get this order every month without fail! She was dismissive. Training needs to be re done how to mange and communicate with members of the public. I am in the process of changing chemist. Stay clear and do not use this chemist who do not put peoples welfare at the forefront.
