5 stars arent enough! 10 STAR SERVICE! Donna is FANTASTIC! If you need a broker Donna is your woman! I used Donnas expert services in 2019 to purchase my first home, and now using her again due to moving home. Nothing in my life is straight forward, and every mortgage application has hit numerous brick walls, but Donna always finds a suitable mortgage provider, has guided me through everything step by step, while managing my expectations and reassuring me through it all, while ultimately delivering excellent customer service! She also completed life and home insurance policies on my behalf and any renewals that were required. I ALWAYS aim to refer Donna to anyone who is asking for recommendations as she really is fantastic at her job, and everyone I have referred have all stated they have had nothing but a positive experience! This is the second time I have used Donna, this time for a remortgage and I could not recommend her enough! From the very first contact Donna was helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. If you need mortgage advice, you need Donna! I've just completed on a very lengthy and challenging purchase, and I don't know what we would have done without Donna and Helen. Donna's advice was always spot on, and she helped me navigate numerous issues, including my mortgage offer running out just as the interest rates spiked. Helen was my saviour during the final two weeks, keeping everyone pushing along until the keys were in hand. Communication is faultless - I always had a call back within a few hours and urgent issues were always treated as urgent. I honestly wasn't sure if I needed a broker at the start of the process, but this was the best money I've ever spent and I honestly doubt the sale would have been finalised without them.
