        Ive been with this surgery for 60+ years and until the last few they have been excellent. Now they are worse than useless they are dangerous. It is only a matter of time before a serious illness is missed and someone dies. The receptionists are mostly rude and often dishonest, telling you things that are simply not true. Ive just spent 30 mins on the phone until it rang out. Well call you back, no, no you wont. Often the only feedback is a text off the chemist (good job I set it up!) to say theres a prescription there. If it was possible to get in at another surgery I would. That said, the doctors, when you can get passed the receptionists are very good.

        Not helpful in ANY WAY. Receptionists say one thing, then COMPLETELY IGNORE what they have said, then do something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. You are Dr. Receptionists. You are no better than ANYONE ELSE in this world. You are SUPPOSED to be a human being like EVERY OTHER on this planet. Climb OFF your high horses GET A GRIP & COME BACK DOWN TO EARTH. Curb your hostile attitudes, ignorance & arrogance. Have some respect for the patients you are there to SERVE & HELP.

        Reception staff are really rude and start rising there voice at you when you requested to see doctor. Power trip comes to mine . Total disregard for people who needs to see there doctor .
