Tong's Auction House

Shockingly bad. I have bought and sold with them in the past. This time I purchased 2 items that do not work. They will not take responsibility for the goods and basically are stating that it is not their problem. Vicky is not friendly as previous posts suggest, she just hides behind her emails. Don't deal with them, use a proper auction house.

Been a buyer and seller for a few years. Recently sold a lot of craft items and got really great prices. Vicky has been so friendly and helpful and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is a good well run auction, I've been a few times and have no complaints. The owners and staff are welcoming and professional, it's a good place to buy or sell.

This auction house has racial prejudice. They commit fraud as I won 1 lot they then claimed had a reserve and the lots I won were what I thought a good business buys were turned then into an expense as they charged me 140 shipping for lots that cost 20 and that's the cost Parcelforce have quoted . I know have to be cut of the phone told, I'll be reported although I treat all my customers with immaculate manners, speed & reliability for winning a auction and not wanting to pay 7 times that price to receive them or actually forget the lots and say my time I took to research, bid, etc was just a Small Businesses waste of time.
