This was my first time using an accountant and it was a very positive and pleasant experience. My initial query was answered promptly (I had phoned 5 other accountant firms in Wrexham and none of the others even got back to me). Each person that I came across during my appointment was friendly and helpful. Ben was fantastic and went out of his way to deal with my query. He was friendly and relaxed and went above and beyond in order to help. Thank you for your support and advice.

After shopping around, I decided to use Accounting Solutions as our businesses accountant. From the first contact, they have been 100% helpful, friendly, professional and most of all patient. I'm really impressed with how Ben takes time to speak to his customers and ensure they understand every aspect of the processes required. As a first time business person, this was really important to me. I needed to learn and ask my "silly questions". Ben explained everything to me in layman's terms and even after the very first call, I felt completely at ease. I would 100% recommend Accounting Solutions to anybody looking for accounting services.

We came to Accounting Solutions in a difficult position having been let down by our existing accountant. Their staff where helpful, understanding, professional and direct. They worked tirelessly to make sure everything that needed to be dealt with, was dealt with and on time even with a tight deadline. Having been let down in the past, Accounting Solutions have reaffirmed our faith in accountants and we look forward to a lengthy partnership with them as we grow our business.
