Really pleased with Erin and John. Lovely people, confident in their ability to deliver a quality job at a reasonable price. Its always a worry when using a company that you havent used before but Im really happy with the process from start to finish and would gladly recommend this company. Pump It have been amazing from start to finish. Excellent communication, updating me on any new developments and arranging the service to fit my needs. Erin and John know their product, were happy to talk me through the options and process. I received prompt quotes and they turn up when they say will, bucking the recent trend of unreliable tradespeople. Great company to deal with - Erin in the office is helpful with ensuring the correct product is selected for the job. The liquid screed we had installed was a top-quality finish. We've dealt with Pump It on several jobs, and we'll look to use them again in the future.

Where to start from the initial contact Erin was fantastic. Our job was really small and complicated with it being a mid terrace on a busy one way street, and I feared it wouldnt be enough for them to bother but I was happily surprised to be treated as if it were any other project no matter how big or small! I had contacted another local floor screed company (AVOID Ecofloscreed I say company but..) who had initially quoted a bit cheaper on both materials and labour but I was quite dubious from the way they were being. They werent very responsive to simple questions whereas Erin would respond almost straight away, even out of hours which was unexpected! Coincidentally both firms use the same plant and it turned out the cheaper price I had been given was false (I spoke to the plant myself) so I can only imagine the price of materials and labour were going to be bumped up on the day of the job had I used the other firm. There was also no mention of laserlevelling, expansion strips or material costs for prep. After querying this I got quite abusive messages from them for contacting the plant and shopping around for quotes! Disgusting behaviour. Anyway, Pump It Floor Screeds were amazing. John was on site first thing to prep the floor and was meticulous in sealing the floor, and setting out the laser levels and tripods to make sure everything was perfect. He also fitted the expansion strip. It was so nice to feel that John really cared about how the finished article would look and was forthcoming with ideas and suggestions. He put plastic walkways down so that there wouldnt be much mess. The screed arrived and John carefully pumped it in and moved it around to where it needed to be. After all was done, John power washed the street outside and you wouldnt even know hed been there! The house was left clean, tidy and with a nice new floor! Cant recommend Pump It enough and will definitely use in future. Thanks John and Erin!
