Had quite a long wait for the fire and fireplace due to manufacturing problems. But it was so worth the wait! Looks beautiful and works well. The shop staff deserve 5 stars for their friendly, helpful service and the fitters also deserve 5 stars for delivering what they promised, including very tidy clean work.

Could not recommend this company after having a survey by Doug in 2019 and ordering a gas fire and surround to be fitted by them. Came to fit the surround and Gas fire and the gas safe engineer said the chimney wasn't suitable and location of propane gas bottles, they left and never came in contact again and never repaid installation fee, always found them argumentative and referring to their small print when trying to find a resolution . Our mistake was to pay them in full the day before the installation. CG. Further to your reply I will be in contact to discuss, let's hope we can find a resolution in refunding the installation fee.

Friendly helpful staff with good product knowledge. Fire was fitted in a professional manner at a time to suit us. All staff were courteous. Were very pleased with the result.
