Avis Car Hire - Cardiff International Airport

I recently hired a card from Budget/Avis from Cardiff Airport. I have to say that they offer a 100% seamless service with teh online booing and quick pass portal to help lodge all documentation in advance. This is complimented by the excellent customer service provided by Rhian who went above and beyond to assist me, when the vehicle i was assigned was automatic and i wasn't comfortable driving an automatic vehicle. She instantly stepped up to get me a different manual vehicle and made the entire process feel very natural and stress free. Rhian is an absolute customer care superstar and i really appreciated the assistance.
