        We asked the guy serving if we had enough time to order food (around 09:15 as registration took 15 minutes) as we had the coaster booked at 10:00, and had to be there for 09:50. He said "yes, it only takes 10 minutes". By 09:50, we had to ask for a refund - not even an apology. It turns out, the coaster takes 15 minutes and we could've arrived anytime between 10-11, or had our food afterwards. Terrible customer service and no one at the park seemed bothered about anything that day. Puts ZipWorld to shame after a brilliant experience up in North Wales.

        Phoenix zipline was wonderful, most fun I'd had in a while. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the service. We arrived about half an hour before our booking time was so thought we would get food. kitchen took about half an hour to get the good so we had to put most of it in takeaway boxes. however when we queued up for the safety briefing, it took a good nother half hour to get in there.
