        Bought a television, in name and size a perfect replacment for my defunct TV. For this reason I/we did not inspect the inner machinations of the appliance in shop and took it home. On ringing the following morning to ask if there was any way I could increase the text size a gentleman who answered was rude and extremely unhelpful.
