        From the initial web contact to the job itself, Dan couldn't have been more helpful and professional. After sending a request through the website late evening, Dan immediately responded offering help over the phone and suggested a plan to clear our blockage. He arrived bang on time and after a quick inspection got to work and cleared the blockage, even going so far as to drag out an old set of drain rods which it turns out had had been stuck in there I'm sure many other companies would have made a fuss about it, Dan just found a way of getting them out. Really impressed with Dan and his service (and his prices), I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if needed

        Excellent service. Rang about a blocked sewer in the morning. Very pleasant chap was here early afternoon, cleared it quickly and efficiently. Thorough job. Would definitely use again, though hope I don't have to!
