Beautiful spaces for a couple. Finding the place in the dark was very tricky indeed. No street numbers made it difficult to navigate and using car lights to drive into every drive way to see the "Little Avalon" sign on the gate post was tediously frustrating. The bedroom mattress was rubbish. Woke with the sorest back and numb legs from the super soft, hardly any springs in the mattress. We both touched the slats on the bed frame thru the mattress with our butts and only 63kg and 90kg couple. The "Hot and waiting" tag on the Outdoor hot tub was a sham. It was not only empty and takes 2hrs to fill from a hose, but it took nearly 4hrs (brochure says 2.5) to heat to only 26* surface temp. Once stirred, dropped to 18*. Used almost all of the fire wood supplied to get it this temp. Very disappointed and a waste of water, wood and time in the end This was a major selling point for choosing this accommodation also, so can understand our sorrow. The King Arthur pub down the road was a good easy walk. The lounge, dining, kitchen space was nice and cosy. The bathroom needed some attention. The corner silicons are all mouldy and require removal and replacement, not just a cover over job. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights stay was an unexpected over site.... Booking process was seamless but would recommend the above touch ups to bring the property a 5star rating and customer retention. Rooms: Said in review about bathroom mould and bedroom mattress requiring significant upgrades.

Really lovely holiday cottage in the Gower Peninsula, set in the beautiful quiet village of Reynoldson, a sub 10 minute walk to the local King Arthur hotel and pub, a good walk uphill to Arthurs Stone, and vast common land in front of the cottage. Perfect for a couples stay. Nice little courtyard garden, with privacy. Cottage is well appointed, with everything you would need, loads of space in the living room, and a nice airy bedroom, the bath and shower is exceptional, the shower is way more powerful usually found in holiday cottage. Really close to explore what the Gower has to offer, including the Mumbles, Rhossili, Langland, Caswell Bay, Swansea, Whiteford, Gower Heritage Centre, and lots more besides
