        Cycled along national route 46 from Neath, lovely ride. Just had coffee and cake at the caf, but very pleasant and enjoyable.

        A great place for wellbeing, team events and take in the amazing views as well as watersports, the team are welcoming and Mike and Gethin make you feel safe and prepaired whilst they teach well for the booked events. Highly recommended..book to avoid disappointment
