        Hi we're waiting in the cold, by the side of the road, for Brian's Taxi for over an hour and they still haven't shown up. Have called several times, receptionist must have taken an early night even though we arranged this taxi yesterday and sent very detailed directions as to our location! As a result, we've had to make very last minute arrangements at 11pm on a very cold evening. I do not recommend this taxi service to anyone, I wish I could give 0 stars. We are still yet to hear anything from them regarding our missing taxi.
