EDIT:
So not only have they previously lied to me, they are now lying about having emails saying I have received this product. AVOID this company. I was more than fair with them. I had to go through my bank to get a refund for this SCAM. P.S I was not abusive to them at all. If saying that I will take legal action is abusive, then they really need to look up the definition.

I spent around $150 on a custom case and still have yet to receive it. After endless emails and a year of waiting it's clear that this company does not care about their customers. I was told countless excuses by Paul Williams, saying it was lost in the mail and a new case would be expedited, TWICE, that the building burned down as well as all their paperwork, and many more until eventually being ghosted and blocked on all social media accounts. Highly suggest not wasting your money here.
Edit: No I have not been "refunded from etsy" I did not order through etsy?I'm positive I have not received a refund. And who are we suppose to reach out to? the email on your website is inactive.

We ordered a coffee table which was instock ready for immediate dispatch. It did not arrive.
We chased it up, excuses given, promises made and broken again. When it was finally delivered it was poorly packed and did not survive the journey undamaged. Again we were promised that a replacement table would be made and probably delivered in person, I even offered to return and collect using my own transport to help solve the problem because of some the reasons he gave.
BUT NOTHING HAPPENED FOR WEEKS AND WEEKS.
Family illness and then personal illness was given as the reason but even if this was true why could they not at least be proactive with emails or calls instead of not answering until we became insistent. But still nothing happened.
We still have the damaged table and what l have been forced into doing is buying replacement legs from another supplier at extra expense, but at least we have not lost all of our money .
The table was expensive and as such, you the customer should be entitled to expect a quality product and service not this shambles....CAVEAT EMPTOR springs to mind. Learn from my misfortune.
