Carved Designs

I highly do not recommend this service as Paul is basically a scam artist. I paid him in full for a product which i received partially and not fully finished,wrong product and in a bad way. I have reached out to him many times and same response he gave to other customers on his other business name Icewooddesigns. Paul i have given you many chances! And still this issue has not been resolved.

Paul Williams is a Scam artist, don't buy from him, he was the owner to Ice Wood designs on etsy and the website which goes by the same name but now trades under the Name Carved designs. look at the google reviews for ice wood designs on and you will see how he scams people. I sent him 30 wood resin slates to be put into phone cases. Got one half of the order after months of waiting, but the other half didn't show up, the first part of the order (phone cases) we received where all damaged and the wrong phone models, the other half never showed up. But it doesn't end there. His creativity is in his excuses. Hurt his back Baby sick, Sister in hospital, Father in hospital, Machines broke down, Order gone missing over customs, Apprentice destroyed order And so forth, now I understand if this was all true, and I gave him every chance but it was a pattern with all his other reviews, and there's only so much one can wait, once he start ignoring any contact I made it was clear it was a scam. I really tried given him every chance but after four months i have no choice but to contact my bank asking for a charge back. Please avoid, Paul get some help.
