        I spoke to the team to go though what was needed and a call out time was arranged to measure up and provide more details. They didn't show up, no call back or explanation. I moved things round with work to accommodate the visit. Poor service, I'll Look elswhere

        Fantastic. Really pleased. Prompt and did everything they said they would. Numerous site visits from Darren were informative both before and after installation. The lads that did the install itself were great. Especially the team leader. Nothing was too much hassle and he had great communication skills which is hard to find. Floor currently drying and cant wait to get it heated up and finished floor down now !
