I have been a student with Michele for several years and have attended weekly classes and retreats. Michele holds a safe space to explore these wonderful practices. Micheles classes have allways been a life raft on the stormy seas of life and I cant express how much the Zoom classes have meant to me over the pandemic. Its quite overwhelming for me to imagine how different lockdown would have been without Michele and my yoga family being in my spare bedroom!!

If you are looking for a new yoga class, I can highly recommend Michele. Her classes are exceptional, with a lovely chilled vibe, everyone is welcoming and there is always fun to be had. She is a sensitive and intuitive teacher who caters for all levels and abilities (my long-standing back injury has healed marvellously). She constantly develops her own practice and her teaching too, so you wont get bored! I go every week to yoga and meditation (currently on Zoom), have done the Foundation course, workshops and retreats too. Ive done yoga for many years with excellent teachers, but my practice has really grown since attending with Michele.

I found out about Michele's yoga class from a friend , I was new to the area. I was struggling with pain from arthritis and the side affects of medication to treat it. Meditation was new to me , I've now recognised the link between yoga and meditation and the two go hand in hand . After a lesson I feel calm , warm and energised and absolutely pain free ! Mobility and flexibility are much better . Michele always listens and answers any questions regarding the practice in a non judgemental way embracing individuality . The class is of mixed age and gender , with alternatives to each pose enabling a growing ability to learn to listen and respond to the body . Without the help and support of Michele and the practice I would be a different person , My husband always comments on how happy I seem after a lesson . I would strongly recommend this class it truly is life changing!
