Poor service. Both myself and partner tried booking a taxi however both our calls where cut off.

Inappropriate service. Lies to customers to tell them the car has arrived when it hasn't. Unable to apologise for their mistakes and blames the customer. Then when you call them to ask where the cab is they make excuses about the clocks being wrong on their computers and that the taxi waited for three minutes and as you weren't they they left??? The taxi was only called 25min beforehand and I was told they'd be there in 10-15 min so waited outside . To then watch the driver sped past me and go around the block. After calling for another cab (same firm) waiting an hour for nothing and unable to get through on the phones. Won't be calling this company again that's for sure

Pmsl told me they would be 10 mins ended waiting 1 hour, was very rude on the phone when I called them. They Said no one was there when they arrived. I told them I had a camera and could prove they was wrong and then hung up on me
