Excellent report!! Troy was fantastic.Clear communication around arrival times and very easy to reach as our assigned person. Gave a thorough walk through of all of the elements that he will be covering and got to work right away. He was very good at describing the issues that he found in each area, the impact of them and possible remediation steps to put forward to our developer. He worked very quietly and cleanly around the property with our family too. I would highly recommend this service. There were multiple issues that I thought that I had found, but there are many that I realise I would have had no clue about that troy found!! Thanks a million Troy

Top service, top inspection. I didn't know my completion date and they had no problems moving the dates around and my stupid questions. Had my inspection at 7am by Gianluca, wholly professional the entire time, and really nice guy, the inspection was done at around 9:30ish, by 11:46am the same day I had the full report with pictures and notes everything. The price was great but for this level of service I would of happily paid more. I would highly recommend you to use New Home Quality Control if your having a new build snagging survey, I'll be definitely booking in another at the end of the developer warranty. Cheers guys.

EDIT: John Cooper followed up with me after this review, apologised for the service and attended himself to redo the inspection. He was on time and provided a clear explanation for any issues. I think the issue was with a particular employee as opposed to the company, so I've amended my review. Reluctantly, I can't leave a good review. Dean rescheduled the time of our appointment twice - asked to move to Friday and then cancelled and moved back to Saturday. On the day itself, he postponed his arrival by an hour and let us know, which wasn't too much of an inconvenience. However, he then finally showed up another hour after the latest agreed time. As people who have just moved, we have a lot of things we need to be doing and instead we were left hanging in the balance all morning. Upon arrival, Dean sat in his car for several minutes and waited for us to come outside to meet him, despite the door to the building being wide open. When we met, he just said there was traffic. No apology. We might've been happy to look past it if he had been apologetic whatsoever. The inspection itself was okay, he did miss some fairly important aspects though, such as one of the light switches having no function. I really didn't want to leave a bad review as I see they've had nothing but 5 stars, but I can't in good conscience leave a positive one in this case. Unfortunately I would not recommend.
