Don't seem to be able to prioritise customers or manage queues in the shop. Basic customer service isn't there.

I went into the store today and waited patiently to be served. I was the only one in the shop. The assistant eventually came to the counter. The first words spoken were You cant bring a trolley in here! On the day after a bank holiday weekend, the day at the start of the junior doctors strike the main priority was the small trolley I had when there was no one else in store. She could have started with Can I help you? Dealt with my issue and ended with a friendly reminder of their policy for my future reference. It is obvious that customer/patient service comes second to systems. As I had paid for my shopping and was unwilling to leave my purchased goods unattended by the front door, I left and made my way elsewhere. I doubt I shall return in a hurry either. My question is are prams allowed? And if so what is the difference?
