I went in Saturday morning to collect owing which I puy in 2 weeks ago. After some searching they said that they didn't have any in stock - penicillin. I asked him the script had not been mare up as surely they must have had penicillin in the last 2 weeks. It was a temp pharmacist and he didn't know but he gave me the script back so I could take to another chemist. I questioned this as i thought if they had already dispensed some of the script I couldn't do this but they said I could. I took it elsewhere and they fulfilled it as they had plenty of penicillin. The downside for lloyds is they will not get payment for the 3 other items on script as 2nd pharmacist kept it for their records. Seriously considering using different chemist.

I have been having my prescription monthly for 2 years and today I finally gave up persevering and cancelled them collecting my script. Not once has there not been an issue with collecting. Today was the final straw. I went back for the tablets they owed me and they werent ready as promised. So after half hour in a queue I finally had them. While there 2 seperate people were told they didnt have their scripts and to go back to GP and get them. Only both came back with evidence it had been sent to them and after lots of time looking they found them. I have no idea what the system is that they use but it is clearly not sufficient enough to deal with the volume of people they are dealing with.
