        I had a very good session with a Chris this week, I've been struggling with my hamstring following some track running sessions. His assement was thorough and he identified the problem quickly. He performed a sports massage to loosen the muscle and gave me excercises and stretches to help prevent future injuries. All in all a very professional service and Chris is an understanding and very approachable guy, I would highly recommend!
