Oak Stoves

We bought a gas stove for two thousand eight hundred pounds plus an additional thousand for fitting. We love the stove and have had many compliments on how real it looks. It looks beautiful in the corner of our living room. However after just over two years, the thermocouple went. Not an expensive part to replace. Sadly Oak Stoves have been unable to get a replacement for us nor have they replaced some screws that are sitting in their warehouse. We have tried to communicate with them since April but find that Richard Heatherill who owns Oak Stove either promises replacement parts or simply does not respond to phone calls and emails. I could never recommend this company and we are now considering legal action. Do not be tempted to use this company!

Have had issue with an Oak stove since 2019. Parts have been promised and never received - phones never answered and emails never responded to. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

We bought an electric stove from Oak Stoves in November. We are very pleased with the look and quality of it. When it developed a minor fault recently, it was rectified quickly and efficiently. The people we spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. Great product. Brilliant customer service!
