After waiting over 16 weeks for delivery, not only were there 2 items missing from my order but several of the pier caps were chipped and severely damaged. I telephoned to explain. Company came out to my home address to check. He stated that the 2 missing items were still in their yard. He said he could not get the missing items to me immediately so my husband kindly drove from Cardiff to Pyle to collect them. On his return home we find they have given him a completely different style and size pier cap. They also gave him a small bag of bathstone and asked him to try and repair the damages. Quality of products and customer service absolutely shocking. Would not use this company again and certainly would not recommend

Great company who have been in the business for a lengthy period of time. Great quality and great service from a family run business who care about their customers.
