Just had a bathroom sealed unit replaced in a KNM window. It had lasted 18 years. Obviously we are outside the guarantee period but KNM we're still very helpful in sourcing a new sealed unit and getting Rob to fit it for me at a very reasonable cost the frame is still as good as new so the quality is there in the units they use.

We had a replacement bay window supplied and fitted by KNM. The quality of the window is great, and the guys who carried out the work (Chris and Dan) were professional, courteous, friendly and easy to get on with. They answered all of our questions, and kept us updated of progress throughout. We are grateful to Keith who runs the business , as we felt from the time of first contact to completion has made the whole process so easy for us. Would have no hesitation in having more work done by this company, and would thoroughly recommend them. Thanks to Keith and his team.
