South Coast Plantation Shutters (SCP Shutters)

We used SCP Shutters for some new shutters for our house in South Wales and were seriously impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. Alex and Grace were outstanding, from the initial visit to pull together a quotation, through to keeping us up-to-date on our order (it does take a little time as with all shutter companies to get them over from China, and then the installation itself. My wife was seriously impressed with the care Alex showed when installing the shutters in our home and how well he cleared up all the dust. We couldn't recommend Alex and Grace highly enough!

We are delighted with our shutters from South Coast Plantation Shutters. Alex was able to talk us through the range of colour, style and accesory options available so that we had shutters that met our needs. They look fabulous and, as they're made to measure, fit perfectly. When they were on order, Grace kept us updated throughout. I would highly recommend SCP Shutters.

We had a number of local companies to advise and quote us for shutters in two front bay windows. Alex and Grace were by far the most engaging of these companies, going through all the various options and styles, colours, and the difference between the styles and sizes, and the benefits of each. We had concerns about one of our dogs that likes to lay on the wooden sill and look out of the window, and that there wouldn't be enough space left after the shutters were installed. Alex solved this by making and installing a deeper sill which worked perfectly! We genuinely can't recommend SCP shutters enough, and I'm sure if you invite them over to provide a solution for your shutter needs you will choose them to do the work. They even sourced a pole to help to reach the shutters to open and close them, as in one room there's a sofa in the bay preventing easy access. Thank you Alex and Grace, we are extremely happy with our shutters; the quality of the product is superb, and only surpassed by the friendly and professional experience delivered by you guys!
